Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is our top priority, which is why there are specific types of products that can’t be returned such as:
- Face and body products if opened, used, or have a broken protective seal
- Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
- Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
- Pierced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or is broken
I love love these earrings, they are small and delicate without being childish looking.. very light weight too.. they do not pull down the ear lobes.. however I just have to say that it looks like the pair I received and paid full price for were returns.. one earring was in a bag type thing, the other just thrown in the package and on one the back was opened..and when I closed it was a little off center.. I was able to push it back to normal position.. I would have returned but shipping costs make that not worth it.. so I did keep the earrings and am wearing them and I do love them..
These earrings are very cute and my girlfriend loved them. They come in a nice box with a foam insert and ribbon so the presentation is good as well. Be aware that they are not very large earrings, they are quite small and discrete on an adult.
Perfect for an active 7 year old. They don't dangle too long, so no worries about getting caught on something, but are big enough to see. The sterling silver lever back metal doesn't get infected or crusty like the post earrings she was wearing. Buying more for her birthday, so she has a collection to choose from everyday!
